Return Or Cancel Order

General Information

Both Logged-In and Guest users can return or cancel most orders. Cancellation requests must be made before an order ships, and return requests can be made up to 30 days after an order. Cancellations will have a processing fee of 2.9% + $1.00 per transaction. Cancellations are not guaranteed because orders are put in a warehouse shipment queue shortly after they have been placed . Even if an order has not yet been shipped, it may already be in preparation for shipment.

When you submit a return request, we will review it and provide you with a return shipping label within 24 hours. When filling out a request, you must provide a return reason and short description to help us process your request. Photos of damaged items are recommended. Once approved, you will receive a return label and must drop off your package at a USPS Post Office within 14 days. Returns without a USPS acceptance scan within 14 days of the date on the postage label are not accepted. Once we receive your return, a refund will be sent to your original payment method. For discretionary returns, the original shipping you paid will not be refunded, and there may be an additional return shipping fee deducted from your refund of no more than $5.99 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item returned at the same time.

Please note we reserve the right to deny your return request or issue a refund if you provide misleading information regarding your return. Returns not damaged during shipment are only applicable for unused, unopened products. Used books cannot be returned. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for discretionary returns. Free returns are only applicable to orders shipped within the United States.

For Logged-In Users

To cancel or return an order, login to your account and visit your Orders page. Then, find the order you would like to cancel or return. “Cancel Order” and “Request Return” buttons should be visible on the right side of the Orders page for each order. You will not be able to cancel an order that has already shipped, and you may only request a return up to 30 days after purchase.

For Guest Users

To cancel or return an item you will need your Order Number, which can be found in your Order Confirmation email. If you are having trouble finding your order number, we will be happy to help.
